SERVICE OF PROCESS
There are five primary elements the professional process server must consider to be consistently successful:
All of our process servers are registered in Santa Clara County, and maintain a minimum $50,000 bond. Discreet body cameras are worn on all service attempts, and HD video files are available for the Client to review afterwards, if requested. Any investigative requirements, such as locating the person to be served, can be performed by our licensed private investigators. And, all of our process servers are trained in tricks-of-the-trade, so that the person served will never see us coming until the papers are in their hands. Once your documents for service are entrusted to our care, you can rest assured that everything will be handled in a timely and effective manner.
- The intelligence regarding the subject and their whereabouts must be accurate.
- The documents must be served in a timely manner and according to rule.
- The service must be indisputable.
- Filing must be completed as specified by the court.
- And, often, the person to be served should be ignorant of the approaching service.
